- Rolled oats 1 cup
- Milk 1 cup
- Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
- Fresh strawberries chopped 1 cup
- Honey or maple syrup 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
- Chia seeds 1 tablespoon
In a bowl or jar combine oats milk and Greek yogurt
Add honey vanilla extract and chia seeds and mix well
Fold in chopped strawberries evenly
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours
Stir before serving and add extra strawberries if desired
- Use any milk of choice like almond or oat milk
- Adjust sweetness according to your taste
- For thicker oats reduce milk slightly
