Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats 1 cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Fresh strawberries chopped 1 cup
  • Honey or maple syrup 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chia seeds 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jar combine oats milk and Greek yogurt
  • Add honey vanilla extract and chia seeds and mix well
  • Fold in chopped strawberries evenly
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours
  • Stir before serving and add extra strawberries if desired

Notes

  • Use any milk of choice like almond or oat milk
  • Adjust sweetness according to your taste
  • For thicker oats reduce milk slightly
  • You can add granola or nuts for extra crunch
