- Crushed digestive biscuits 2 cups
- Melted butter 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese 2 cups
- Peanut butter 1 cup
- Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Heavy whipping cream 1 cup
- Melted chocolate 200g
- Chocolate chips for topping
- Crushed peanuts for garnish
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and press into a pan to form the base
Chill the crust for 20 minutes until firm
